Hi, I’m Victoria McNeil — the heart behind The Busy Barkeep!
After years in the classroom as a teacher, I traded lesson plans for cocktail shakers and launched The Busy Barkeep—a business that blends my love for hospitality with my passion for creating unforgettable celebrations. It’s also given me the gift of a flexible, joy-filled life with my two amazing daughters.
With more than 12 years in the service industry—including roles as Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, and event bartender—I’ve had the honor of raising a glass at hundreds of celebrations. From weddings and milestone birthdays to corporate events and private cocktail classes, I bring not just skill, but genuine care, creativity, and a calm, professional presence to every gathering.
Whether I’m crafting an elegant signature drink, coordinating a full-service mobile bar, or teaching a lively group how to shake up their own creations, I pour my heart into every detail so you can relax and enjoy the moment.
When I’m not behind the bar, you’ll probably find me curled up with a good book, off exploring on a cruise, or savoring an Aperol Spritz or a bold glass of red wine.
